For security reasons, we can only unlock an account for you with the written permission of the person who pays for the account (usually the doctor).
Reach out to your admin and your admin can unlock it for you .The admin can follow steps below.
- Go to Settings > General > Employees, find the employee, and click on their name.

Uncheck "Lock" under "Account Information" and click "Save".
Otherwise, you'll need to send us a letter with your username and Clinic ID, signed by the account payer, asking us to unlock the account.
You can either:
- Fax us at 212-937-3158
- Email us a scanned copy of the letter at support@mdland.com
If it's after-hours (outside of 9 am - 6 pm EST Monday-Friday), please also call us at 212-363-8000 to make sure we're made aware of our request as soon as possible.
