Report access for PCMH Recognition

I'm looking for some reports in the MDLand regarding the PCMH recognition for quite some time, but I wasn't able to do so. In the past, there was an option for meaningful reports, but now I couldn't find it. However, after having conversations with multiple customer care representatives, I still couldn't find any answer on how to find it.
