2. Accessing the Telehealth Appointment

Open the iClinicHealth App.

Navigate to the Telehealth Section to view scheduled appointments.

Check the Inbox Section for updates about appointment creation, requests, updates, or confirmations.

If the app is open when the doctor updates the appointment, a pop-up notification will appear.
3. Starting the Telehealth Session

Locate the requested appointment in the Telehealth Section.

Tap on the appointment to view the details.

Tap Chat Room to begin the telehealth session.

A message saying “Waiting for Doctor to Confirm” will appear if not already confirmed.

Once confirmed, the chat room will open for communication.
4. File Sharing Options
Sending Text Messages

Use the chat box to type and send text messages to your provider.
Sharing Photos

Tap the Photo Icon at the bottom of the screen.

Choose a photo from your phone’s gallery.

Tap the photo to select it, then tap the Arrow Icon to send.

Alternatively, tap the Camera Icon to take a new photo:

Take the picture.

Confirm by tapping “Use Photo”.

Tap the Arrow Icon to send the photo.
Sending Files

Tap the Files Icon during the telehealth chat.

Browse and select the file you wish to send to your provider.

Tap to confirm and send the file securely.
Starting a Video Conference

Tap the Video Icon to initiate a video call with your provider.

When the session is complete, tap the Red Phone Icon to hang up.
5. Exiting the Chat

To exit the chat while the provider is still online:

Tap the X Icon in the upper left-hand corner.

A confirmation message will appear to verify if you want to leave the chat.
