1. Introduction 

• Purpose: This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for the ICLINIC Health app. 

• Key Features: Secure registration, multiple verification methods, and app navigation support. 

2. Downloading the App 

1. Download the ICLINIC Health App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). 

2. Open the app after installation. 

3. Sign-Up Process 

Starting Registration 

1. Tap the Sign Up button on the home screen. 

2. Choose how you’d like to obtain your registration code:  

• QR Code: Scan with your phone. 

• Numeric Code: Provided by your doctor’s office. 

• Register as Guest: For temporary access. 

Entering Registration Code 

1. Select Registration Code and enter the code provided by the physician or staff. 

2. Tap Next to proceed. 

Verifying Identity 

1. Enter Your Date of Birth: 

• Select the month, day, and year from the dropdown menus. 

• Tap Next. 

2. Enter Your Phone Number: 

• Input your cell phone number. 

• Tap Next. 

• A verification code will be sent via SMS. 

3. Enter Verification Code: 

• Type the code received into the designated field. 

• Tap Next to continue. 

4. Creating Your Account 

Setting Up User ID and Password 

1. Create a User ID and Password:  

• Follow the pop-up instructions regarding password requirements:  

• Use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. 

• Ensure the password is at least 8 characters long. 

• Enter the password twice to confirm. 

• The app will indicate password strength for security. 

Accepting the User Agreement 

1. A User Agreement will appear:  

• Read the agreement carefully. 

• Understand that the app is not for real-time health monitoring or emergency use. 

2. Tap Accept to finalize your registration. 

5. Completing Registration 

• A confirmation message will appear: "Registered Successfully." 

• Return to the Sign-In Page. 

• Enter your username and password. 

• Tap Sign In to log in. 

Using Touch ID (Optional) 

• If Touch ID is enabled on your device:  

• A prompt will appear to use Touch ID for quicker access. 

• You can choose "Use Touch ID" or "Cancel" to skip. 

6. Navigating the ICLINIC Health App 

Once logged in, you’ll find several icons to help manage your health: 

• Schedule: Book appointments with healthcare providers. 

• Visit History: View past appointments and medical records. 

• My Monitor: Upload vital sign data, such as blood pressure and blood glucose levels. 

7. Troubleshooting Tips 

• Didn’t Receive Verification Code: 

• Check your phone’s network connection. 

• Request the code again. 

• Password Issues: 

• Ensure it meets the security criteria. 

• Double-check for typos when confirming the password. 

• Sign-In Problems: 

• Verify username and password. 

• Use the "Forgot Password" feature if needed.
