2. Accessing the Insurance Aging Report

Log In:

Sign in to your MDLand iClinic account using your credentials.

Locate the Reports Icon:

Click on the Reports Icon under the Billing/Account Reports section.

Navigate to Insurance Aging Report:

Click on Insurance Aging Report, located near the top of the section on the right side.

Report Interface:

Inside the report, you will see a list of insurance companies displayed in columns marked for every 30 days, up until 121+ days:

0–30 days

31–60 days

3. Viewing Detailed Aging Information
A. Options for Viewing Details

Using Checkmarks:

Place checkmarks next to the insurances you want to view.

Click View Aging Detail to see more detailed information.

Clicking the Insurance Name:

Click directly on the Insurance Name to view detailed aging data for that specific insurance.

Clicking Aging Columns:

Click on any number under the following columns:

Clicking the Account Number:

Click on the Account Number adjacent to each insurance to access detailed aging information for that account.
4. Exporting the Insurance Aging Report

Export to Excel:

After viewing the desired aging details, click the To Excel button at the top of the page.

Download the File:

If using Google Chrome, the file will begin downloading and appear in the lower-left corner of the screen as insurance_aging_detail.xlsx.

Open the File:

Click on the downloaded file to open it in Microsoft Excel.

The data in the file will match the aging details you chose to view in iClinic.
5. Printing the Insurance Aging Report

Initiate Printing:

While viewing the aging details, click the Print List button near the top of the screen.

A new window will appear.

Click the Print button under the Print Control section on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Look for up and down arrows next to the column headers.

If arrows are present, that column can be sorted.
